Childlight, an international organization dedicated to child safety, is in search of a Finance and Compliance Manager to ensure that all relevant legal, ethical, and internal policies are followed in all business operations and transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Childlight operates in a lawful, accountable, and ethical manner, in strict adherence to our strategic goals and the terms and conditions stipulated by external donors.
In addition to overseeing Childlight’s financial administration, your responsibilities will include ensuring policy compliance, standard operating procedure adherence, and the upkeep of a quality control system—all of which contribute to the enhancement of Childlight’s operations.
This position is full-time (35 hours per week), fixed-term until April 30, 2027; however, flexible or part-time arrangements are acceptable. Additionally, we are open to considering requests for hybrid working arrangements (non-contractual) that combine on-campus and remote (within the United Kingdom) employment.
